Jesus Hype Girl

There are a lot of things I am not good at. First, I am not a good writer. I thought I was a great writer when I started this blog, but time and wisdom have taught me that I am not a great writer. I know this because I now know some amazing writers and I don't compare. I am not that great at showing the people I love how much I love them. I am not much of a hugger. I am not a great application developer. I know what I know and I am proficient at it, but there are way better developer's than me. Again, time and wisdom humbles a soul. 

But there is one thing I am amazing at and that is being Jesus Hype Girl. I love Jesus like no other. I celebrate Jesus. I share my faith and my testimony without fear of judgement from others, hence this blog, am I right? If you catch me in a discussion about Jesus you will leave feeling His love. Period.  

I can not count the number of times that Jesus has saved me. If I'm being honest He saves me every single day of my life. He loves me in spite of my own hard headedness and stupidity. He shows up when I'm so low I can barely move and He shows me that I matter. Loving Jesus is my favorite thing. I am so grateful that I am saved. And until I take my last breath I will always be 100% for Jesus. 

And just like that I turn on Pandora and this song from Jeremy Camp comes on. Music is my worship. I love you Jesus!

Thank You Lord

Today I just want to thank God for my life. I am so grateful to be here, to be healthy and to have both of my girls thriving. I will probably never feel deserving, but Lord thank you from the bottom of my heart for my many blessings. I know I am not immune from life's ups and downs, but I will cling to You Lord for the rest of my days. 

February is a rough month for me for some reason. Its the anniversary of my dad's passing and my sister's birthday who we lost in 2021 and those two dates are a day apart so this month has me thinking about my parents and sister waiting for me in Heaven. 

Dear Lord, I pray that you will continue to watch over my family and those I love and hold so dear. In Jesus name. Amen
